Hey, I'm Deb!
I'm the founder of Zyrra and a coach who’s been right where you are.
I didn’t build Zyrra from scratch but I knew the moment I found it, this was what coaches like us had been waiting for.
I’ve spent 25+ years building systems behind the scenes - coding, integrating, and programming business apps. For the past past several years I also started coaching, leading masterminds, and DISC consulting.
But when I became a coach, everything flipped. Suddenly, I was the one piecing things together.
While pursuing the coaching I found myself drowning in platforms that were never built with us in mind:

Even with my tech background, it was exhausting and felt so fragmented.
I remember one day, with 17 tabs open and a missed client call due to a calendar glitch, I sat back and thought:
"If I, as a seasoned developer, am drowning in this mess, how are other coaches surviving it?
This is way too hard for something that’s supposed to feel simple."
That was my breaking point and my turning point.
I began searching for a solution that could bring everything together. And when I finally found a powerful platform that actually worked on desktop and mobile app, I knew I had to bring it to the coaching world.
So I partnered with the provider, customized the experience, and reimagined the platform through the lens of what we need as coaches.
